Jelly Jam · Account & data
Your profile.
Your choice.
You can delete your Jelly Jam game account and the data attached to it.
Delete your game account
Use the account controls in your in-game profile, or open the secure account service below. Follow its ownership check before confirming deletion. A nickname or friend code alone cannot authorise deletion.
Open account deletion ↗This opens Jelly Jam’s account service at api.jelly-jam.rivolmo.com. Never email passwords, sign-in tokens or private recovery keys.
What is removed?
Deletion removes your game profile, cloud inventory and progression, equipped appearance, game-account sessions, friendships and requests, public career collection, server scores, blocks, reports and shared courses attached to that profile. A future sign-in may create a new profile; it does not restore a deleted one.
What is managed separately?
Google Play Games achievements, your Google account and Google Play purchase history are managed by Google. Deleting Jelly Jam’s profile does not delete your Google account, cancel purchases or issue a refund. Provider backups, security logs and records required by law can remain subject to their retention rules. See the privacy notice.
Need help?
If you cannot access the account, contact Jelly Jam support. We will arrange a safe ownership check. Do not include private credentials in your message.
Cancellazione dell’account
